Pengukuran Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Frekuensi (SIMF) Dengan Model DeLone dan McLean

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi apakah sistem informasi manajemen frekuensi (SIMF) yang dikembangkan di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika dapat dikatakan berhasil atau sukses, dan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kinerja individu maupun kementerian, dengan menggunakan Model DeLone dan McLean (1992). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model persamaan struktural berbasis partial least square (PLS), sehingga model ini tidak memerlukan asumsi-asumsi parametrik dari distribusi normal multivariat dan jumlah sampel dapat kecil. Dengan model tersebut hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean tidak sepenuhnya terbukti secara empiris dalam kasus pengembangan SIMF di Ditjen SDPPI, karena intensitas Penggunaan SIMF tidak memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap dampak Individu.
