Abstract

Dalam Masterplan Percepatan dan perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI), perhatian utama adalah penyediaan infrastruktur pendorong konektivitas, diantaranya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui indeks konektivitas di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pengukuran indeks konektivitas dengan model yang diadopsi dari ICT Pura, meliputi ICT usage, ICT readiness, ICT capability dan ICT impact dan sampel dari masyarakat dan pelaku ekonomi. Hasilnya menunjukan indek konektivitas menurut masyarakat pada level rentang 2-4 artinya konektivitas sudah memadai sedang menurut pelaku ekonomi pada level 1,5- 2,5 artinya konektivitas sudah ada namun belum dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan perekonomian.
