Abstract

     Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika sebagai organisasi penyelenggara layanan publik, dimana salah satu layanannya adalah perizinan di bidang penggunaan spektrum frekuensi radio. Dalam penelitian ini diukur tingkat kepuasan pemegang Izin Stasiun Radio (ISR) menurut persepsi mereka dengan menggunakan teknik Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa indikator pelayanan yang masuk kedalam Kuadran I sehingga kinerjanya harus dipertahankan. Selain itu, juga terdapat beberapa indicator yang masuk kedalam Kuadran IV, sehingga kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi kepuasan pengguna.
